The Rosalie Bay Resort is comprised of 28 individual units amidst 9 cottages throughout the resort.


The Pourie Cottage


The Pourie Cottage is named after a local tree. Each cottage has three separate units allowing for the personal selection of king, queen or twin sized beds.These units are available individually or may be transformed into adjoining rooms at a reduced rate. A spacious verandah encircles each cottage perfect for an evening of socializing with friends or family, or enjoying views of the mountains, gardens, wood land and pool area.


The Noni Cottage


The Noni Cottage is named after a local tree. Each cottage has three separate units allowing for the personal selection of king, queen or twin sized beds. These units are available individually or may be transformed into adjoining rooms at a reduced rate. A spacious verandah encircles each cottage perfect for an evening of socializing with friends or family, or enjoying views of the mountains, gardens, wood land and pool area.


Cool Riverside Suites


The Cool Riverside Suites were modeled after the Noni and Pourie but enlarged and made into only two adjoining suites.Each suite has a living room with comfortable chairs and a seven foot sofa large enough to serve as an additional bed.The bedroom is spacious with its vaulted ceiling, four-poster bed and matching armoire.


They are situated right alongside the beautiful rushing Rosalie River. The cottage has large six foot verandas back and front.There are old fashion swings hanging from the rafters overlooking the river and Adirondack chairs with ottomans facing the pool area. All of the inside furniture was handmade by Dominicans either in their own workshops or right on site.


The Hibiscus, Seagrape and Zandoli Cottages


If you are wanting to be lulled to sleep by the rhythmic sound of the waves cresting as they come to shore and bathe in the cool breeze of the ocean, or perhaps you prefer to relax and reflect as you sit on the twelve foot verandah, The Hibiscus, Seagrape or Zandoli, are the perfect cottages for you.


These 3 cottages have breathtaking views not only of the ocean but of the mountains and gardens as well.In addition they are close to our restaurant Zalman, and are set amongst huge old sea grape, white cedar, almond and coconut trees in a moonscape like landscape. These cottages all have two rooms each. Each room in the cottage is made up of a sitting room and bedroom with a large wooden divider separating the space. In the sitting room is a seven foot sofa that can easily be transformed into a sofa bed. A separate bath area with tub and shower is also in each cottage. All of the furnishings including the divider were made in Dominica.


The Cowine Cottage


The Cowine Cottage is comfortably situated close to the ocean and within steps to the 'Calinago' spa. Four units make up this cottage each with a King or Queen sized bed, dressing area and large tub and shower.Glass doors open to an expansive verandah and spectacular view of the ocean. Prepare to be mesmerized by the beauty before you, and feel the magnetic force of the ocean pulling away the stress of everyday life taking it back out to sea leaving in its place a feeling of peace and tranquility.


The Honeymoon Suite is a separate unit on the first floor of the Cowine cottage. It is the ideal place for newlyweds or those celebrating a 'second honeymoon'. Special care was taken to provide privacy with the addition of a hand crafted bar area made on site using wood from nearby coconut trees. In addition, one can take a leisurely bath in the air bubble tub, or enjoy the stimulating effects of the double shower.


The Heliconia and Fujee Cottages


Enjoy the spaciousness of the separate units found in the Heliconia and Fujee Cottages.There are three sizes to choose from and each unit has an oversized bath tub and shower.


Our largest building of accommodations, the Heliconia Cottages, features 6 units, 3 on the ground floor and3 on the 2nd floor. French doors open onto the verandah which is divided by latticed petitions, offering privacy yet still allowing for spectacular views. From the vast veranda you can watch the ever changing moods of the ocean or greet the day sipping a cup of morning chocolate tea or coffee as the sun appears over the lush mountains.
