Cocktail recipe: Hudge’s yet-to-be-named specialty

Hudge, one of our friendly bartenders at Oscar’s Pool Bar and Zamaan restaurant, has created his own special cocktail. The colorful, yet-to-be-named concoction has become a guest favorite.

If you haven’t tried it yet, we asked Hudge to share his secrets for you to create his cocktail at home. Here is his cocktail recipe.

Hudge’s Yet-to-be-named Cocktail

Ingredients

  • ½ oz Triple Sec
  • ½ oz Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz Gordon Gin
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 3-4 drops of lime juice
  • Splash of Grenadine

Instructions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Pour into a martini glass and add a splash of grenadine.
  3. Garnish with a lime twist and serve with the Rosalie Bay “Swag” smile.
