Tips & Tricks

  • Drink plenty of water before and after class. With Dominica’s warm weather conditions, it is important to stay hydrated.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that won’t restrict your body movement.
  • Practice healthy breathing.
  • Bring your practice home with you. Working out consistently will keep you energetic and your balance stable.
